The Kodagu Express, a leading media outlet in the region, is currently seeking enthusiastic and talented individuals for the position of Intern Journalist. This two-month internship program offers a valuable opportunity for aspiring journalists to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic field of journalism. Please note that this is an unpaid internship, however a certificate will be issued.

Qualifications:

Master's Degree or Graduate in Journalism or Mass Communication (enrolled or completed).

Strong Writing Skills: Ability to articulate ideas and information in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.

Research Skills: Proficiency in conducting thorough research to gather accurate and reliable information.

Interviewing Skills: Capability to conduct interviews and gather insights from diverse sources.

Critical Thinking: The ability to analyze information critically and present well-reasoned perspectives.

Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal.

Social Media Savvy: Familiarity with various social media platforms for news dissemination and engagement.

Multimedia Skills: Basic knowledge of multimedia content creation, such as photo and video editing, is a plus.
